Per rotoworld.com

Bartolo Colon (shoulder) fanned five in four scoreless innings Thursday for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga.

He allowed one hit and walked one. Colon is expected to make two or three more starts in the minors before coming off the DL, probably by the end of the month. Once healthy, he'll push Joe Saunders out of the rotation.

I was at the game he pitched great. The guys trying to bat against him ust looked silly, it looked as though he had no pain. Everytime he threw a pitch it seemed to be his normal routine no cringes in between pitches. He even topped out at 94. I think he's a great sleeper, I was really surprised with how great he looked.

Did he just hit another setback or something?

Apr 10 Updating previous items, the Associated Press' Chris Jenkins reports Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim SP Bartolo Colon (rotator cuff) was due to make a rehab start for Class A Rancho Cucamonga Tuesday night, April 10.

Hmm...I have him sitting on my DL, is it gonna take longer for him to get back now or something?

I think they're keeping him at single A to keep him in warmer weather... it's not too much of a setback. He'll still be back sometime around end of APril.

April 20 is his target return date. He threw 5 innings yesterday for Single A Rancho Cucamango and looked good from what I've read. He faced Furcal a couple of times and didn't give up anything to him. Furcal is on rehab assignment for the other team, don't remember what the team name was. He's scheduled for one more start for a higher level minor league team.
