All things considered I think you have a very solid team with some good trading chips on the bench. See if you can move Beltre, Guillen, one of Hall/Rolen for a real masher DH type. You're also a little thin at RP, and at the back end of the SP. Outside of filling those needs, it looks like you've got a pretty good shot.

I agree, try moving Beltre/Guillen for some pitching help. Solid club overall

I would try moving Guillen for either an OF or SP. You don't need him with Rollins and Hall and he will have the best trade value.

Hang on to Beltre as Rolen always has a good chance to get hurt. If you pick up an OF you can have some roster flex and be able to play matchups a little better.
