I think Lincecum was a must-grab, as he's likely to make a splash in the Bigs in the near future and of course, the comparisons of him being another version of Roy Oswalt.
I'll be the oddball and entertain the idea of drafting Evan Longoria. He's probably a few picks too early, but talented enough to crack the Majors in 2008. The only thing holding him back is the D'Rays depth in infield prospects obviously, but for his potential upside, I think he has the best mix of potential and capability of the mix. I'd probably take Jay Bruce, who could wind up packing a big punch like Adam Dunn to some extent, but could improve his average. Adam Miller and Andrew McCutchen are reasonable picks also, but relative to draft/rank position, Bruce is the "safest" pick.
I'd probably wait on Fernando Martinez and Jose Tabata. Each is quite young, still developing, despite the touting both have gotten. I'd pass on them as I see both being a late 2nd/early 3rd round pick from where I sit (even though it's hard to prognosticate minors drafts).
