I was thinking about trading away an SP + OF for an ACE, in order to open up a spot to stream pitchers. Which 2 for 1 trade do you think would work? (And I'm not dropping Neshek, he gets me the k/ip, era, whip)
Also do i really need to add more SBs? By maybe dropping BJ Upton ?

Ill be honest, I am sorta new to FB, but the first thing i notice that you need is what you said, SB. I like everything else offensively that you have going on. Delmon Young will get you some speed if you play him but you might want to think about dealing an outfielder to make room for him. In doing so, you might get a better #2 pitcher to go with sheets. I like Neshek also, he is on my team and went undrafted. Hill and Sheets are your main K men but with Hill, at least for a little while, you will lose some ratio. GL and I aslo have a post In rate my team so please take a look.
You can definitely spare Carlos Lee. He can get you an ace and a decent OF at once. Think along the lines of Zambrano + Robert/Baldelli/Swisher/Patterson.
I don't know how badly you need an ace. I think Sabathia will be a legit #1 fantasy starter this year, and of course Sheets can be godly, if he stays healthy. I'd be more worried about my RP if I were you. I don't see either Wickman or Lidge holding up, honestly. I'd try to deal Abreu or Lee and one of those two RP for an OF and a stud closer while I still could, if I were you.
She said always remember never to trust me She said that the first night that she met me She said "there's gonna be a time when I'm gonna have to go with whoever's gonna get me the highest."
You could sure use an ace on your team...I think you can spare Carlos Lee. Other than that, your team is fairly decent. Just upgrade your pithcing with an top of the order SP.
Sheets, Sabathia, Young, and Hill, should be fine. I don't agree that you need an ace but you project far below the IP maximum. You can't really count on anything from Pedro at this point. I like Neshek as well but I think you have to consider dropping him for the best SP available or consider using that spot to rotate in spot starters.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
