Looking to Start/Join Very Competitive League

I am currently in an NL and an AL only league, both of which are well above average competively. However, I would like to join or start an elite league, one with experienced owners with as much passion and love for the game as I have. Here it was I am thinking...
AL or NL only keeper(11 or 12 teams)
Rotisserie, traditional catagories
free to play, perhaps a small fee for stats service (due mainly to the fact that my other two primary leagues are pay and i am not rolling in the doe)
bid draft, most likely conducted online
23 man roster, 5 or 6 man minor league roster
