I like most of your picks, but I don't like Garrett Anderson or McCarthy at all.

I'd drop one for another SS. Is Hardy you're starter? That's not good enough.

Dukes is more short-term than Duncan, Scott, and Hart: I'd flip him for one of those guys.

Rios is over-rated for this year unless your OF is LF-CF-RF specific. In just OF leagues, I wouldn't keep Rios. I'd trade him and someone else for an upgrade elsewhere (say, two OF for one).
