Itsa H2H league, If you dont play any pitchers you automatically get a 0 ERA and a 0 WHIP. Does it actually keep this as your final score at the end of a week?

i ask because im not allowed to set a minimum IP for the week and an owner is threatening to trade all his pitching away for hitting. Its Bush League and will probably ruin the league, but I guess when you have lost every season like he has you start to cheat because thats your only chance.
