Weird Situation - please rate - WHIR

We had our auction yesterday and one of the strangest things I've ever seen happened. The first 20-30 names called out were starting pitchers. Recognizing this bizare trend I decided to hold off on my pitching until the end of the auction and load up on hitting. I ended up spending only $24 on my entire staff, figuring that it's always easier to trade a bat for an arm if my low-dollar pitching staff proves to be weak. Please rate and offer your thoughts.

You're really going to have to watch the wire for pitching; you might need to stream a pitching spot as best you can.

i like that strategy, seems like you'll definately be able to see a couple starts from all the pitchers then deal for an ace. Thats crazy about your auction, we had Santana in the first 20 picks and that was it

the nice thing about pitching is that it's alot easier to pick up ont he waiver wire then hitting and it is impossible to forecast it seems from year to year.

Not a bad staff. I don't like your Utl guys though. I'd pick up some guys that will load you up on either steals or power (sleepers like Dimitri young or chris duffy, joey gathright, etc. Maybe eljiah Dukes for some extra power.
