I picked him (Ross) with my last pick, but he did hit 20+ HR in 250 ABs, so I think he could be pretty good

Lots of thump, but AVG is going to be a problem, a whole bunch of .265-.285 guys in your lineup, only Sizemore and HanRam could potentially bat .300.

If Ross is an every day player, he may help in HR's, but could kill your already fragile avg, I would try and snatch up, Iannetta or Paulino if available, they would help more, and are normally going undrafted.
