Newb needs help finding team's weaknesses; odd scoring

R, HR, RBI, SB, K, AVG, OPS
IP, W, SV, BB, K, ERA, WHIP
No max moves/trades, games played or innings pitched. Daily roster moves

I haven't played a lot of fantasy baseball, but this league seems a little silly because of the lack of restrictions. However the manager says it worked well for them last year. Anyway, I'm clueless on how to analyze my team here. I'd appreciate any sage advice:

Apparently my subconsious is a huge Tampa Bay fan. I stupidly drafted Vazquez instead of Erik Bedard. But had a good one with Bill Hall in round 10. On previous advice here, dropped Mora and decided to go with a riskier BJ Upton. THANKS FOR ANY HELP HERE GUYS.

assuming you have some DL slots, you can move Baldelli and Dotel onto those and pick up a couple fill in guys. BJ Upton hasnt done much in the majors yet and that is one of your weak points. Your pitching is nice except Vazquez, Dotel and Lidge scare me. What kind of Free Agents are out there at SP, RP, MI/CI?

also, only 1 bench spot? thats strange.
