Seriously, Cards Fans, what are the chances that Wainwright or Looper get pulled from the rotation if old spaghetti arm fails?
As a Wainwright owner, I would not mind a Papelbon-esque year.
When Mulder comes back in June/July, it will most likely be Looper going back to the pen (I think Wainwright will pitch well and stay in the rotation), and if Isringhausen is faltering, Looper could take over. But I don't think they will pull one of them from the rotation unless Isringhausen is just absolutely terrible, and that would be in an emergency. I think Izzy is in for a big year, he wasn't healthy last year and he's going to be 100 percent this year.
