i just made the right moves at the right times with these guys. I have been building this team for 6 years to get to this point. I was reaching on Wright, Utley and Sizemore a couple of years ago and it really has paid off. what do you think about my possible moves to make this team a little better??? i have listed the free agents above. any comments would help because I need for this year to be the year I win it all.

You're getting so few responses because this team is nasty already.

If you have to win this year (and I don't see you getting any worse next year, IMHO), dump or trade Clemens now.

Last year spoiled us on him. He might not come back at all, and he might become human. He might not pitch long enough into games for wins in front of .... Lidge.

A streaming spot or a Tim Hudson might = a first round bye, and in H2H that's going to be critical for you this year.

Thoughts on mine?

wow...that offense is ridiculous.
You can give up an outfielder or almost anyone else and try to get an ace on your staff.

No need to do a thing with your offense. Nasty.

As for pitching, would like to see you upgrade either Bonderman or Kazmir and get yourself an upper tier pitcher like Oswalt, Zambrano, Webb, or Carpenter. Well, maybe not Carpenter right now with the elbow problem, but I'd love to see at least one upper tier stud anchoring your staff to go along with that ridiculous offense. Try packaging Bonderman or Kazmir with an expendable offensive piece and see if you can't move up.

Thanks for your help with mine.

I'm rethinking my advice to you on Clemens.

Maybe having him for the playoffs is a better route to go. I'm 50/50 on it: club the opposition during the year by ditching him now or risk the bye but get set for the playoffs with him...... :-/

ya i am going to stick with the Rocket. I think that my team has the talent to withstand the season until he comes back and then there is my ace. I am trying to upgrade to another ace SP if I can. anyone else have any tweaking that they think i should make with the potential free agents above? leave a link and I will definitely respond.
