Yahoo Blocked Trade

So I had a pending 3-for-3 trade this week that involved Freddy Garcia. The other manager accepted the trade, but started to have second thoughts as the week wore on. Noone else in the league thought it was a vetoable trade so it was set to go through today when at the last minute the other guy moved Garcia to his DL and picked a player up off waivers. Yahoo disallowed the trade because it would have given him more than 23 players and he got his wish. Has anyone had this happen to them? Seems like an underhanded way to take back a trade 4 days after accepting it, but I guess there's nothing I can do.

Thats horrible and I probably would call him out in the league over it.

It happens all the time. It's within the "rules", so not much you can do other than expose him.

One of the big faults with YAHOO is they don't block players in pending transactions. It happened a couple times in our leagues years ago, before we all learned of the glitch. In our cases it was always accidental. A guy was trying to get an extra start in and YAHOO didn't really spell out that it would blow up a trade until it came as a suprise. You sound like he did this on purpose, knowing full well it would void the deal, are you certain? Maybe it was accidental and he'll redo the deal?

That's what I was thinking. How do you know he did it on purpose? I probably would have done the same thing if I didn't know it would void the deal.
