Here is the deal. This is a low cash entry fee keeper league that is set to start the minor league draft any day now. I have said that any minor leaguer with major league experience is available to be picked up to the major league roster. Once the first pick has been made in the minor league draft, all minor leaguers are locked and cannot be picked up to the major league roster until after the conclusion of the major league draft.

However, there are a number of minor leaguers WITH major league experience that MIGHT make it up to the majors this year, including AnMiller, Sweeney, Loney, Hirsh, Adam Jones, Fields, Pedroia, Lind, Guzman, Mathis, Volquez, Montero, Jiminez, Huber, Nippert, Haeger, Bourn, and Perkins. Our league requires that minor leaguers be on the major league roster by June 1st to be eligible to play in on the major league roster for this season. If they are not on the MLB roster by that time, they can be sent down to your minor league roster to be kept for the following season.

So my question is this, are there any players listed above that are worthy of stashing on my roster to be used as a midseason or late-season callup? Will any of them make the MLB roster by June 1st? If they are worthy of being picked up, who would you drop for them? I am thinking of adding Miller for Millwood and Sweeney or Fields for Logan.

I'd drop Logan for Lind.

Miller won't make the roster by June 1st.

I added Lind for Logan. Is there any sleeper player with speed that would be valuable to my team? Duffy was just released. Maybe add him for Aurilia?
