Can someone explain how my league's inning limit of 2000 and games limit of 180 affect my team?
Should I be picking up guys for days in which my starters dont have games?
How does this work?
Thanks.

It depends on how big your rosters are. If you have a lot of bench spots, these settings allow you to carry a lot of starters and rotate them in and out when they start (if there are daily transactions). This would increase your chances of piling up wins and strikeouts. It could damage your ERA and WHIP, however, doing so. Or, you could keep a bunch of offensive bench players and rotate them in when your regulars have a day off. This would maximize Runs, HR's, RBI's and SB's. If your bench is large enough, you could rotate starters in and out and your offensive players to maximize the quantitative categories.
