I as a simple question: Who will be the first closer to lose his job this year? I am not counting closer by committees or whatever it is that the Reds are doing.
This year seems an especially terrible year for closers, so there are a ton of options.

I vote Dempster, he just isn't very good and they have other options in the pen like Howry and Wood whenever he gets healthy. In another poll, who will be the first person to note that "lose" is spelled wrong in the poll title?
Hal·la·day, n. 1. every fifth day in Philadelphia. 2. a day of rest for the bullpen. 3. innings eater. 4. doc. 5. ace.

Sorry about that. There was a limited number of slots that the system would let me use as options in this poll. So, I had to remove one crappy closer: It was Saito.

i voted dempster as well. lidge should also be on that list if you ask me. hes had a horrible spring, and wasnt even the closer to finish the year. he deserves jenks' spot on the poll if you ask me.
