12 team keeper league - I'm new to it - What could be better

I'm not new to fantasy, but new to the league.

Head to head points each week: Note steals (3pts) are almost worth as much as HR (4pts) - (1 pt per single, 2 per double, etc, with 1 pt each for RBI, R, BB ------pitching 2 pts per inning, ER = -1, BB = -.5, K = 1, S = 10, w = 10)

Here's my squad:

SP Santana, Sheets, Bonderman, Patterson, Cabrera, Hensley
RP Saito, Broxton, Valverde, Dotel, Julio

I had the disadvantage of having the #1 pick, then not picking again until #25:(

BJ Upton is still on the waiver wire.....should I drop Victorino or Johnson for him since he'll be 2B eligible soon and is already 3B eligible? NO other real names to consider

Who did you pick first, santana? I'm surprised not to see Pujols on your team if you had first pick.

I would drop Johnson for BJ Upton. That's just me though, and I'm totally new to fantasy ball.
