Those bats are hard to beat, that's for sure... .300-40-120 from that many guys should definitely help your hitting stats...
Heck, for those keeper players (e.g. Ortiz, Berkman) you might get a top-5 closer and decent infielder for one player. Something to keep in mind.
Dye's been pretty consistent the past couple years, I don't see a *huge* dropoff for him this year, maybe something like .280-30-110, definitely not bad. So keeping him might not be a bad idea, with the rest of your offense.
You can always pick up SB's from the waiver wire too, so I would be worried about that.
