I think your hitting looks good. You need to try to swing a deal for another front line starter. Look for a Duffy type of player for steals and you should be fine with Saves if you stay on the ball all year and pick up new closers off the wire.

Those bats are hard to beat, that's for sure... .300-40-120 from that many guys should definitely help your hitting stats...

Heck, for those keeper players (e.g. Ortiz, Berkman) you might get a top-5 closer and decent infielder for one player. Something to keep in mind.

Dye's been pretty consistent the past couple years, I don't see a *huge* dropoff for him this year, maybe something like .280-30-110, definitely not bad. So keeping him might not be a bad idea, with the rest of your offense.

You can always pick up SB's from the waiver wire too, so I would be worried about that.

I think your team looks pretty good. If no one bites on Dye for speed, I would try to get a decent SP for him. I think I'd rather improve that pitching staff than add more offense.

I like your team, it looks very solid. Getting some more relief help would make a big difference though, I think. Your lineup looks great, it should defintiely be strong enough to carry you. Your first 5 hitters should give you great power.

I would look to improve the starting pitching before looking for stolen bases. Your pitchers are high ERA guys. the longer you wait to improve era, the harder it gets.

Thanks for helping on mine...what closers are on the wire? Julio,Torres or Dempster I would pick one or even two of them if there there. Starting pitching is your weakness more than speed I think. Try moving Dye to a power-challenged team for one of there 2 best pitchers. Good luck!!!

your team look pretty good. i might look at dropping one of your last 5 picks in the draft (if they don't pan out of course, b/c they are so-so players) and pick up some speed at the middle infield position. as far as a trade goes, i agree with what everyone else has been saying.
