When Duncan plays, he'll be a stud, as he showed middle/end of last season. Burke's alrite and I'd get rid of Iwamura any way you can. Why would you draft 2 1B before drafting a 3b? Durham/Anderson are causes for concern for me because there may have been much better options available. Wang (DL), Cabrera are my main 2 issues, simply because Cabrera still definitely needs to prove himself before becoming fantasy-worthy. Otsuka currently doesn't have the starting job, so if you can find someone who does by trade, go with it.
