what is going on with JJ? Is he on the disabled list? Yahoo doesn't have him on the DL. Will he be ready to start when the season opens? How far away from contributing is he?
Since he had such a great year last year, I picked him in the 18th round this year and figured I'd stash him on the DL...But when do teams have to have their list out?? And when will Yahoo!? I see some guys are listed and some aren't right now; what's the deal?

i think it was a pinched nerve problem, so a couple months is actual pretty reasonable for josh's down time. i had him last year too, and am hoping he speeds up the process, and maybe gives the marlins a surge to make the wildcard.

I think you can't officially have a player on the DL until the season starts and that's probably how Yahoo and other fantasy leagues run it. There will be a nice free agent run once everyone's injured players show up on the DL, probably Sunday.
Edit: Scratch that, Yahoo has a number of players listed on the DL already. Hmm, beats me then.
