Same here, I'm usually pretty busy to have time to play. I have all of the games you listed including Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 and I like GTA4 better. I'm playing it in spurts, but I'm finding it a notch more addictive than even COD 4.

I have a pathetically laughable story about my experience with the game...

I bought the game on Monday at midnight, but was too tired to pull an all-nighter when I got home. So, I went to bed with every intention of waking up and playing every spare second until I had to go to class. Long story short, I overslept my only opportunity to play for the last few days, and didn't even crack it open until this afternoon in my break between class and work.

I got home with about 2 hours to spare, opened the game, put in the the xbox, and watched the intro and cinematic scene with growing excitement. Until, my 360 came screeching to a halt and completely froze. I restarted it, and...the dreaded 3 red lights! Ahhh! My console suffered the predictable "hardware failure" and has to be sent to Microcrap for 2-3 (or up to 8 from what I've heard) weeks for repairs. Luckily, the fix and all shipping/handling is still covered under some clause of the warranty even though my warranty is generally expired.

I can't play until around the first of June if I am lucky - this sucks! :-t

Mario Kart is fun, but it better show me some T and A with a side order of violent felonies some time soon. I can't take this for another month :-{

I saw those 3 red lights of death also but my 360 was just screwing up because I turned on my console to put in the game and didn't do it from the controllers. I guess it got confused because when I turned it off and turn it on with my controller after I put in the battery, I had no problems. I'm on my second 360 but had a warranty with Best Buy so I just exchanged it in the store. Funny how PS2 was the console that always broke and now it's 360.

I'm 35.99% through with the game. My FBC hiatus will likely continue until I beat the storyline. :-B

The multiplayer is sick, I'm balancing my time between single and multi and I'm not at all bored, I can play for hours on end and have more fun at the end than the beginning. Like Polo, some of my friends are that far in single player, but I'm only like 15% since I do a lot of multiplayer. There's so much to do in this game, I promise you won't get bored if you balance storyline and xbox live. ;-D

Which multiplayer modes do you guys find most fun?

So far for me, it's been Mafiya Work. The randomness of the assignments makes every game different. However, it seems many people drop and towards the end of the game there are only 2-3 people left.

GTA Race gets boring pretty quick. Turf wars is okay, but I would rather play battlefield 2142 online. I haven't tried too many of the team based ones because I always get angry at the incompetence of my teammates.

I love Turf War, Mafiya Work, Cops N Crooks and Deathmatch. ;-D
