Here's my team, which is all starting pitching and not much else. I'm in a 12 team rotisserie league.

It doesn't look horrible. Definitely fixable.

I actually like your infield, but with Figgins out you'd have to lean on Taveras to hold you up in the steals cat.

I would look to deal either Webb or Carpenter with Ibanez to try and add some real pop to your OF. Or you could trade Sexson or LaRoche in a package to try and upgrade at the OF position; I don't think LaRoche should be sitting on your bench because he has potential and decent trade value.

- Hound the WW for possible sources of saves

With that you should be able to compete, and if you retain all 3 of your top starters then look to coast in the pitching cats (aside from saves).

Get rid of Tek while you can, even if it's just dumping him it's worth it. He's not getting better any time soon.
