do i need a stud pitcher? i was hoping to pick up several wins from shields and linebrink...plus their ERA/WHIP should be better than almost any SP. i guess my only concern is K's...

This squad looks solid. Love the bats. If it was me I would be looking to add one more reliable SP, with an eye towards adding some Ws, they are hard to predict I know, but a trade for a SP from a solid club would be the only thing I would be looking for. Overall, good looking squad, potentially very good if Harden can stay healthy.

im high on Jackson so id say drop Renteria for Jackson.
id likely even prefer Jackson over Helton. maybe move Helton along with Bonderman for a starter better than Bonderman?

as for steals.. Rollins will get his share, Roberts if healthy will get his, and both Wells and Holliday will also run some.
you have good power coming from Howard, Cabrera, Wells, Holliday, and Francoeur ..maybe move Francoeur for another OF that hits some HR's and steals some bases?

Keep an eye on D. Cabrera and Loewen from Baltimore as possible pick ups. I am high on Cabrera this year 24/10 K/BB ratio and is a second starter with first starter stuff.

Renteria will give you a bit of everything.
