please judge my DEEP team (strategy help also)

this is a 14 team H2H league, with lots of stats
O: R, H, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, K, E, AVG
P: IP, W, L, CG, SHO, SV, H, BB, K, WP, ERA

My strategy was to build up on relief pitchers and hope to skate around and win the hits surrendered, walks against and ERA categories as relievers are less prone to give up those stats than starters. I also didn't really bother with my 2nd catcher slot as my man David Ross was taken right before I was going to take him.

I'm pondering dropping one of my bench hitters for a SP, as the min IP is 21, but I shouldn't have a problem meeting that. Will my strategy work?
