Free Stockmarket/Salary Cap leagues?

Does anyone know of any good, free, stockmarket/salary cap type leagues for baseball? I know Yahoo! does one for football, but I dont think baseball. Back in Sandbox's heydays when they offered free leagues they had a great one. Looks like they still have it, but Im not interested in paying $5 a month for it.

Sandbox was bought out by sportingnews; they still have a free salary cap league that is fine, only lasts half a season though (but there is a season 2 after the all star break as well).

John, thanks. Thats the type of game I was looking for! Unfortunately you still have to pay to make more than 5 moves. Ah well it works. Slight nitpick though, Sandbox, is owned by USA Today now. Use to be a great site when it was free, cant speak for it now however.

Chad, cool site; Ill have to look into it more. Not quite what I was thinking when I said stockmarket game, but no doubt, that is the definition of a stockmarket/sports game.

Does anyone know of any others? Why no love, or "market" for these types of games? Anyone know of any plans of Yahoo bringing this over for baseball?

Not in the free Basic leagues: You get 2 free trades per week, and starting this year trades cannot be purchased in basic leagues, so it evens out the playing field.

I would checkout SportingNews. They have a free game called Ultimate Baseball. They have paid and free - just choose the free. I've played the free for a couple years and really like it.
