Don't really have lack of power with Konerko, Damon, and Hafner.

Little help?

i agree. dont worry about your power at all. i like the balance of your offense quite a bit.

pitching is what would worry me though. i love webb but his team is just ok. harang is a nice starter who put up good numbers in mutliple categories. i have him on my team as well. past hat though there are some question marks in buehrle, hudson and especially colon. i think hudson will bounce back this year but i absolutely hate colon.

help below.

Might want to consider moving two of your lesser SP's for a decent closer. Pettitte can rack up wins with the Yanks, but he's been injury prone for YEARS now and has been on a steady decline.

Don't expect too much from Izzy, I really think you need another closer.

I like the roster. You might give up HR/RBI categories for a week, but you will win the others with you scoring system. You have a lot of older pitchers which is worrisome, but I like your RP with both SVs and Holds.
