I'm really wary of your age in the pitching. Chris Young is the only pitcher that's near their prime (the rest are on opposite sides)

To be honest, I'm not used to 18 teamers, but this team would probably beat a couple bad teams in my 10 teams leagues.

I actually think your combo of Gonzalez, Utley, Hanley, and Carlos Lee will carry you to be competitive in many battles on the batter's side of the ball. You have no closers...is that on purpose? Your pitching otherwise is good with a mix of Schilling and Mussina as vets and Olsen as a young gun who I think will break out this year. Chris Young is already a star. Pretty good squad for 18 team league, I think.

i agree. 18 teams goes deep. i love your infield and i like your outfield.

no Closers is strange though.

for a keeper league though i would worry about your SP.

here are my 5 "obvious" choices. the other 3 i think depends on how their seasons play out.

I really got burned on the Closer thing. My strategy was to wait for Closers, but the bad thing about an 18-Teamer is the length between picks. A major Closer run hit with the remaining Closers...and I got the shaft. We don't have to start RP so I hope I am alright, but there is a start limit of 10 per week. Any other thoughts on my team and who I should keep ?

Yeah, 18 teams definetly deep. I feel that I'm just restating what the other guys were saying about the closer thing, but watch the 'news' as I'm sure at least a few teams will be switching closers pretty soon. I know about deep keeper leagues, I'm in a 20 team keeper and was wondering if any body that can help me - please help me!----

I think I have a pretty good idea on who my keepers will be, how do yall rate my team and who should I look to deal, in order to make my team better (possibly trade for a closer). However, in our league, we don't have to play RP, just 6 pitchers with a limit of 10 starts for those pitchers.
