Rate/how to improve WHIR

I'm really worried about my pitching staff. It's probably in the bottom half of the league and I definitely will have to go the 2 closer route. What can I do to improve my team?
The league has a bunch of Orioles fans and I was thinking about flipping Tejada for Hanley Ramirez or pitching. My runs and SB's would go up but my RBI's would really suffer. What do y'all think? leave a link.

With Crawford and Abreu I wouldn't try and get Hanley. Instead trade Tejada for a stud pitcher and see if you can get a serviceable SS thrown in there. You definitely need another good SP but if you get one that's a solid staff and nice offense.

Also you have 3 closers...not sure why Cordero is on the bench and you said you'd gave to go the 2 closer route.

As the other guy said, you do have 3 closers. Your starters seem a bit weak and they're all mid-tier guys that are servicable, but won't exactly carry you.

Even with Carl, I think your team lacks some speed. I would've added another base-stealer to ensure a win in that category. Instead it seems as though u ignored it thinking you had it locked down. As a result, your sb's will only be so-so. Honestly, I think this is a very average team, but with some good management, can certainly be turned into a contender.

Help with mine, please:
