one is more regarded than the other usually (young over dunn) but there shouldnt be a problem

Not at all.Just because you and I might not make this trade or think this trade is bad does not make it vetoable.

Vetoes should only be used for collusion or blatantly lopsided deals. Any time the fairness of a trade is debatable that pretty much guarantees it shouldn't be vetoed.

So no, this trade should not be vetoed.
