I am developing a sore throat and cough. This is not good because I am on Spring Break and will be going to Mexico on Thursday. I don't expect to miraculously make it go away, but I was wondering if there is a way to maintain it from getting worse?
Does Airborn work? Anything? Thanks.
You have no frame of reference, Donny. You're like a child who walks into the middle of a movie...

It's tough to shake if you're already showing symptoms but here are two things that WILL help at least:
1. Rest
2. Water - 10-12 glasses a day
A multi-vitamin will probably help more than Airborne or ColeEeze.
Definitely don't smoke, and don't drink... much. A few beers may do more harm than good but downing a bottle of jack might help a lot:-b

No self-gratification either; remember, you need your fluids
That, and you might grow hair on your palms
