Adam Miller, Matt Garza, and Chad Billingsley

I'm in a keeper league where we can keep 10 minor leaguers. I'm pitcher heavy in my minor league system, with Adam Miller, Matt Garza, Chad Billingsley, Homer Bailey, Nick Adenhart, and Dellin Betances. On my major league roster I have Webb, Bonderman, Weaver (the good one), Rich Hill, Bedard, and Prior.

I feel like I need to deal away either Miller, Garza, and/or Billingsley because I won't be able to hold on to all of them when they go over our limit. I don't think Adenhart will go over the limit this year (10 starts). What I'd like to know is who has the highest ceining out of these three and who has the best chance of getting to it?

I'm thinking Billingsley, Miller, Garza. What do you guys think?

Garza will, Billz will be in a RP role most the year to mature, and Miller might with a sept call up or sooner.

I'd say Billz has #1 potential and Garza has #2 potential. Where is Miller's potential and Adenhart's potential?

Miller might(i think he will) Adenhart on the other hand no way.

Miller has frontline starter stuff but i think he will mature into a #2 type, Adenhart has #2-#3 potential and is the lesser of the other pitchers mentioned. Billz is the only one i see with frontline starter potential and the safest to make it there.

Adam Miller has the highest ceiling in my opinion. I have soured a bit on Billingsley until he cuts down on his BB's.

I think Adam Miller has more upside than Bill and Adenhart.Miller has ace potential...Billingsley is no better than a # 2 at the next level imo.Adenhart has less upside than the other two.
