does anyone else find it weord that many of the top SS's are in the AL east?

Not Detroit, thank goodness. I doubt any star in his right mind would go there, anyway.

Actually, ESPN reports 6 years for $72 million. It's more than he's worth, but the Orioles had to do something.

man..the orioles are getting pretty scary now. I read they are also going after Pudge and Vlad with lots of cash. They could be a real contender with those 3 sluggers!

I had my doubts about the Orioles but all of a sudden they don't like such a bad place for Vlad to go to!
