I am wondering where you guys would go from here, trade some SP's for RP's or try to bolster my bench?

12 team, H2H (5 keepers a year), 7 X 7 (adding in OPS and K's for hitters and L's and Holds for pitchers)

C Josh Bard
1B Albert Pujols
2B Dan Uggla
3B Ryan Zimmerman
SS Julio Lugo
OF Carl Crawford
OF Lance Berkman
OF Álex Ríos
Util Jason Giambi
BN Adrián Béltre
BN B.J. Upton
BN Barry Bonds

SP Carlos Zambrano
SP Scott Kazmir
RP Takashi Saito (holds/saves)
RP Akinori Otsuka (holds until Gange's arms falls off)
P Bronson Arroyo
P A.J. Burnett
P Anibal Sánchez
BN Kelvim Escobar
BN Matt Garza
BN Fernando Rodney (Holds)
BN Mike Pelfrey

First of all drop B.J.

Yes, get a solid closer. Try using Giambi as trade bait. I think he'll maintain much longer without the juice. Plus you have two great bench players as it is. Geting another SP like a garland to get you the wins is a thought because you have so many quality setup men who will offset his ERA and WHIP.

Get rid of Upton and Pelfrey. Pelfrey won't last as the #5 sp in NY.

This is a keeper league and I was hoping one of them would hit this year, if so, I could trade them for picks in next years draft...thanks for the help thus far.

you have a lot of young bucks on your squad. I agree with using GIAMBI as trade bait, I think he will be a solid option first half but thats IT!!!! BJ UPTON excellent upside, esp in a keeper league hold on to him. Outfield is solid and so is your corner infield. Your team looks good. good job

Thanks for the help,

You have a solid team, All I would do is try and upgrade to a top of the line closer, if one of the Balco boys comes out firing maybe trade one of them for a solid closer

Your hitting is very well balanced. Your pitching, however needs some help. I would look to deal for a better SP2 than Kazmir if you can, and then let the guys behind your top 2 fall in line as they will. Make that one deal, and I think you're a legitimate contender!

Help!
