Thanks for your help. I really don't know NL that much so I really can't comment on those pitches available.

Out of the AL pitchers I would pick Contreras.

team looks good. Although Ive never been really high on Dunn or Hunter, because they hurt you in the BA dept. I would try to trade Dunn for Matsui, someone that is more consistent week in week out.

thanks for your help on mines

Offense looks fine, and a good bench to fill in too.

Pitching looks good too. Dice-K is obviously the question mark, but he's having a good spring. Harden is great if he can stay healthy. The only guy I'm not high on is Jenks, but you also have Zumaya who may steal the closer role from Jenks.

I really like Adrian Gonzalez this year. Here is a radical scenario.

Trade Pujols for Santana.

I think between Laroche and Gonzalez you would get nice 1st basemen numbers.

Santana is far and away the best SP and would make your staff look unstoppable. Your offense is strong as it is.

If you could get Santana + something I'd really consider making that move.

In a head to head league from what I understand the best strategy is to trade your pitching for more hitting and pick up spot starters with the hopes of winning W/S/SO and punting ratios. Therefore going 8-2 or 7-3 most weeks. With that strategy in mind I would try and trade Adam Dunn and a pitcher for a top outfielder (Holliday?). I also like Adrian Gonzalez a lot this year and think you should keep or trade him rather then pick somebody up off of waivers. But if I was going to pick one of those pitchers up it would be Kelvim Escobar or Javier Vazquez both are good K guys on decent teams.
