I like the pitching actually, I think Sheets is in line for a big year, and Smoltz is a rock. I wouldn't make any moves on that front until you see how Sheets starts the year, after a month or two, you can look for more pitching.
You need another closer, unless this is an incredibly deep league. Gordon will probably go on the shelf at some point this year. K-rod, while in no danger of losing his job, could be handcuffed to Shields, a great MR for vulture wins and solid numbers across the board. Look for Julio, Broxton, Borowski, etc. for some cheap saves, maybe also Matt Capps.
Offense isn't bad either, though I'm not high on Lopez this year. You could do much worse though. And Prince Fielder should definitely be your utility guy until Beltre starts to roll
