Get rid of your second catcher for Broxton. Think you pulled the trigger too early on Ortiz, probably could have snagged Miggy or Utley, and picked up Tex in round 3. Think you pulled the gun too early on your 2b as well, I've got Kinsler in the group of guys who will all get around the same stats. Ibanez as well... way too early.
To be honest, I really don't like your draft at all. Think you reached on a lot of your early picks for a bunch of guys who wont really live up to their draft possition.
Best way to improve your hitting is trough trades. Pitching on the other hand can be improved by ratio type relievers. When you're studly in the WHIP/ERA cats, you could probably move some of those guys you pulled off waivers for bats and steals. Esp if you find a guy who starts out as a middle reliever, like Broxton, and possibly inherits the closer roll. May end up being able to trade him for a big name, think Crawford getting off to a really slow start.
Guys to drop for ratio pitchers:
Ibanez, Estrada, whichever SS sucks worse, Sanchez if he starts out bad.

Good pick on Alex Rios though.

Francisco Rodriguez - I like him ALOT, but you could have gotten good cheap saves guys later in the draft and save this position for position guys.
Ian Kinsler - If it were me, not this high.

Raul Ibanez - Just never been sold on him personally.
Delmon Young - if a keeper league. If not, still good!
Alex Rios - Can't wait to see what he does for a full season.

Jason Ishringhausen - Hope you have a viable backup.
Jhonny Peralta - Good pick if he puts up numbers of old.
A.J. Burnett - Can be good if healthy.
Stepehn Drew - I like a lot, I think top-5 SS in near future.
Jonny Estrada - Ok pick here.
Jonny Gomes - Sell high if he gets off to a hot start! If not,
Adam Wainwright - Think he'll be a solid starter.
Anibal Sanchez - Good pick here. I think he's a little underrated.
Alex Gordon - I'm a Royals fan, and I can't wait to see what he can do now that he has the starting gig at 3B!

Overall, if this is a keeper league, you got some great talent to keep. If not, I think you're going to take some lumps througout the season. You're pitching rotation is solid, but bullpen as you mentioned, is weak. Offense is going to hurt you I think.

I have to agree with the previous post. I think you took some of these guys a round or two early. Ortiz at number 6 was okay, but C. Lee, A Ram., Francisco Rodriguez, Kinsler and Ibanez probably could have been drafted at least 1 round later than you got them.

Overall, though I don't think it looks completely terrible.
