Vazquez pitched way better than his 4.84 ERA goes to show. I expect a 4.20 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP with around 200 K's.

Vazquez is one of those guys that you can consistently draft at the end of a draft that will not kill you and offer you some considerable upside as well.

If he is there in the late rounds, and you need an SP to round out your rotation, he's a no brainer.
