14 team head-to-head points league...what do I do? WHIP

This is a long-term keeper league (we keep 3 each year). We can start all 12 of our pitchers at different times during the week (7 per day). Alot of lineup spots to fill and in a 14 team league that is tough but how did I do and should I do anything? There isnt much at all on waivers so it we be trades if anything.

C - Martin
1B - Fielder
2B - Kinsler
SS - H Ramirez
3B - Cabrera
OF - Bay, Franceour, Hawpe, Markakis
U - Kotchman, Hart, Murton
P - Sheets, Kazmir, C Young, Burnett, R Johnson, Fuentes, Dotel, Igawa, CH James, Danks, Nolasco, Tankersley

Bench
C - Bard
1B - Eldred - hope he gets some OF starts eventually or gets traded
2B - K Johnson
SS - Tullowitski
3B - Helms
U - Podsednik

Minors - Homer Bailey, Tim Lincecum

PTS are mostly standard (1 for single, run, Ks, etc.) but also get 4 pts for holds as a pitcher. Thanks and WHIP so leave a link

that is a great young lineup for a keeper league. Only thing I can see you probably need is maybe a proven closer, or maybe some immediate help for this year. Maybe trade some of the young guns for your weakest spot as the season goes (3rd outfielder? better Utility player?).

Wish I could keep the whole team though. Am I too young considering I can only keep 3 of these guys for next year? Anybody have an opinion on Kotchman's situation? If he doesnt start fulltime and produce I could be in trouble for a utility spot because I cant have K Johnson, Tullowitski, or Helms in one of my three Utility spots without having an illegal lineup. I would have to go with Sledge and Eldred when necessary.

OK so I just dropped Sledge and added Murton off waivers. Looks like he will get more time batting second so figured he is a better bet and can be an OK third utility. Does anyone care??? How am I looking otherwise???
