Brad Fullmer - DH, Anaheim Angels Dec. 10, 4:15 p.m. Texas signed Fullmer to a one-year, $1 million deal Wednesday. Last season, Fullmer hit .306 with nine home runs and 35 RBIs for Anaheim before suffering a season-ending knee injury in late June. The Angels released him after the season. In Texas, Fullmer will have a chance to replace Rafael Palmeiro at first base/DH. Fantasy Spin: The Rangers expect Fullmer's knee to be ready at the start of spring training, but it wouldn't hurt to monitor his health. He could be a solid contributor as a late pick in mixed leagues, and he certainly will enjoy playing home games in the Ballpark at Arlington. (Rob Hurtt/TSN)
At the very least, Fullmer should enjoy the Ballpark
...........ok............wasn't a bad move............. ............. hmmm ............... kinda out of nowhere ..............
I like that deal for the Rangers. He could certainly take advantage of the Ballpark.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Forgot to add: 1 year, $1 million. One of the best deals we've made in awhile.

It increases. Not anything crazy, but he could have a very nice season in the Rangers lineup.
Now if only we could get some pitching.

Thats a good smart decision, both baseball-wise, and financially. Fullmer could have 30 HR 45+ double power at the park.
If I were playing third base and my mother were rounding third with the run that was going to beat us, I'd trip her. Oh, I'd pick her up and brush her off and say, 'Sorry, Mom,' but nobody beats me.
Leo Durocher, Brooklyn Dodgers Manager
I was beginning to think the Rangers weren't this smart. I really do like this move for them in "real" terms. Fantasy wise I don't see him hitting 35 HR but high 20's with good RBI is expected.
