Anyone see any reason to think this guy might contribute this season? I wouldn't even ask, but he had his career year (which was actually a very good year) under Leo Mazzone in Atlanta. Any chance he might be able to be a contributing last starter on a fantasy roster?

I would consider him a spot starter at best. I don't know if he'll be able to regain his K rate. He's the 3rd starter on a team in the AL East. The worst offense in the AL East is the O's, so he gets no relief for half of the season. I think he'll be serviceable to a degree, but he won't help your ratios and he won't add much to your Ks.
