Offense looks pretty balanced for a league with many starting spots. I think the AVG is OK if Thomas holds around 270 (and doesn't fall back to the 220-250 range) and Francouer takes baby steps into the 270-290 range. It helps having the batting champ to pull things up. I see power and speed there.
SP is your weak spot - it's Johan/Kazmir and pray. Of your other SPs, I figure half will pan out but the other half could be disasters. I like what you're doing with RPs. Broxton+Zumaya = another stud SP. Plus, one of them could be the closer later in the season. There probably aren't any more closers left, but you have some back-up that may pay dividends.
I think you're probably good to go for the season. If a SP like Lee, Glavine, Bonser turns out to be really stinky, cut them loose for the guys that emerge (and promising good SPs always emerge.
