Paps has to fit in there now. I'm still debating on where to slot him in myself. The arm trouble scares me a bit, but he's not alone in that regard. You have to figure lower 2nd tier/high 3rd tier at the worst. Personally, I'd place him after Wagner.

I'm certainly in the minority, but I would push Valverde up into the upper-mid portion of the 3rd tier.
I would also probably drop Lidge down a bit. He's just been too shaky for my tastes.

To me, if you're going to take a closer in that range, you need a much more sure thing than Gagne. Best of luck to him though.

Seems awfully low for Hoffman. He's not a good K pitcher, but otherwise he's as good as anybody out there.
