5x5, NL-only, 12 teams, no bench, $260 cap. If you ask me, this draft went rather horribly. I got caught enforcing on Lee and Zito (I really thought they'd go higher). I then had to pay $2 more on Kearns than I could have kept him for. My middle infield is horrible, even for NL-only. Fortunately, there are several players on my minor league roster that I can probably promote pretty soon.

First thing that stands out is that Nick Johnson is injured.......
Nick Johnson ran outdoors Wednesday for the first time since breaking his right femur in September.
Johnson's timetable has been pushed back significantly from the initial diagnosis and the team has been reluctant to issue further predictions about his possible return date, leading to some speculation that he could miss most of the year. Asked if he could miss the entire season, Johnson said, "I hope not." "I don't know, from a timetable standpoint, what the date will be," team doctor Ben Shaffer said. "But we're not looking at this as a season-threatening issue."
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

I was aware of his injury status when I bid on him, but I figured half a season from him was still easily worth $12, especially the way the bidding was going. LaRoche and Garciaparra, two players I have close to Johnson, went for $25 and $21, respectively. Of course, none of a season from him could be a problem, but I doubt he misses the entire season. I'll just have to be proactive on the waiver wire and/or wait for Braun to get a call-up until Johnson returns.
For a deep NL only 12-teamer that's not bad at all.
Berkman, Chipper, Lee, Nick Johnson, Myers and CZam. That's actually stacked.
Valverde and Broxton should keep you competitive in saves, especially with Tankersley waiting in the minors. You've also got 5 blue chippers in your minors. Braun and Pence have been sent down but Tankersly and Young will all make contributions this year. Braun will probably be able to take over for Frandson some time during the season.
A lot of top end talent for an NL only league. If Valverde hold onto the closers job (I think he does) you should at least stay middle of the pack in saves.
I think you may be hurt in speed, and you really overspent on Prior if you ask me. Probably could've found a better bargain out there for those $11.
