HELP! Trade evaluation needed !

I'm in a CBS sportsline H2H league - points not Roto

I've been offered Chris Carpenter, JD Drew, and Howie Kendrick.

I give up Chase Utley, Javier Vazquez and Alex Rios.

I'm thinking of turning it down, since I love Utley and Rios.
What would you guys do?

Drew << Rios
Kendrick <<< Utley

I'd be a pitching upgrade but a OF downgrade with Drew's injury history and while Kendrick could be a stud, I'd stick with the proven dominance of Utley at the 2B.
