Do I have everything covered?

Postby inkognito » Fri Mar 23, 2007 7:15 pm

Its a team from standard Yahoo public league. I believe I have everything covered, maybe except AVG. I took some risks (Giambi, Thomas, Patterson...), but all of them relatively late, so I believe it was worth it. THX for the input.

U have a decent team but yeah your AVG is going to be BAD with Giambi,Dunn,Beltre and Burrell. Your pitching staff is OK, you have some questionmarks like Gagne and Burnett.

I like your team, but you're going to have to target avg., especially so in roto. But that can be done.

I'm not sure about owning Buerhle. Unless you've got a strong hunch, I don't see him rebounding enough to be owned. I might take a flier on Chuck James instead. Or just stream if more IP is something you need.

Thoughts on mine?

I'd deal away laroche, thomas, and Burell. Pick up Adrian Gonzalez and Ryan Shealy, Teahen. If you can't get the BA up, I'd deal an OF, and acquire Chris Young (Ari) before the season starts. He's got potential for 260 BA, 80 R, 19 HR, 25 SB's. Depending on your opponents, those xtra 25 SB's could gain you a point or two.
