I plan to drop Woody for another pitcher doing well in spring but for now thats my team

Your pitching is real bad at both closer/SP. You need to trade one of your good bats for arms.

The pitching needs some help. Who are available FA? Is Garza still around? You might want to chance someone like him or Maine: a swing for the fences kind of pickup.

Lineup seems pretty solid, especially for 14 teams. Markakis has nice upside. Wonder if Beltre is on the downside. Same with Huff. Seo, Weathers, Igawa are waiver wire fodder -- you can probably upgrade over those guys.

pitching is really weak.
your hitting is good but could be better seeing that your hitting is that bad.
when Dice-k is your ace theres something wrong.
and your closers are all weak and have the potential of losing their jobs.

I have to echo everyone else. The pitching is really weak. However, in a 14 team league, it's not as bad as it first looks. I would personally try to pick up a solid FA pitcher and trade a pretty good bat for a OK starter and bottom tier reliever like Valverde or Borowski.
