Indeed. 12-18 months, he's most likely done as a Yankee.

You can't really blame the Yanks for making this deal at the time. I think they overpaid, but he was a solid, young pitcher with huge upside and they were locking him up for 4 years. Turns out Josh Beckett or even AJ Burnett were the ones they should have targeted from that group of Marlin pitchers.
