Any 2007 TEAM Offensive Projections?

I've seen 2006 stats for runs, HR, rbi, SBs, etc for MLB teams however with players development and player movement these will chance from year to year. Is there any sites that have projected 2007 offensive stats by MLB team?

Also what are some of the best sites for projecting MLB team records?

These sound like odd questions but getting a feel for the top and bottom run scoring teams and top and bottom W/L teams for 2007 would be invaluable to me in my weekly HTH points league this year.

I'm going to focus even more on offense and let my #3-5 SPs be rotating 2-start pitchers.
