Was running some cheatsheets, and saw that this was an option for rankings, along w/ mixed 5x5, mixed 4x4...
Can anyone help me out?

I'm not positive what you are referring to as MDC, but usually NFBC refers to the National Fantasy Baseball Challenge. The large fantasy contest that holds live drafts in three, possibly four large cities around the U.S.

NFBC Scoring is indeed the scoring set for the National Fantasy Baseball Championship, who run all of their mock drafts and satellite league drafts on our site.

pretty much standard 5x5 settings and not newbie yahoo public league settings where all skill is drained out of the game.
