With the other starters going when they start.
Even in a 10 team league, the wire is quite deep now: Taveras, Overbay, Edwin Encarnacion, Josh Bard, pretty much anyone like DeJesus or Aurillia, Luke Scott, Corey Hart, Lind
The team looks great from a batting standpoint, but I'd like to see an ace in your pitching staff. I'd wait for the season to start to see how Gordon and Chavez do and consider packaging the hotter one for a SP.
Other than the SP situation (which isn't horrible), the team looks solid.
I'd agree with the post before me. Solid offensively, decent pitching. I always say you never know what's going to happen with pitchers (look at Willis last year).
Maybe keep on eye on middle relievers for wins early, then try to deal a hot position player for an ace a month or so into the season...
Please remember that wins don't count in my league, and that pitching is won by being competitive in games started, IP, and outs while not going too far over the minimum because of the negative counting stats (H R HR BB and TB) and the rate stats.
My bad man - I didn't notice that W's don't count. Look for some solid Middle Relievers on the WW - guys like Scot Shields, Linebrink, Broxton, etc...they'll get you decent stats for the back-end of the rotation, but for GS and IP, you might need an upgrade for a workhorse at the front-end.
Otherwise, you're not too bad to start the season.
